Virginia Mae Guy

Ms. Virginia Mae Guy of Rutherford left this earth peacefully on June 20, 2018, with her loving daughter by her side.

Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 23, at Hunt Funeral Home in Bradford. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will be in Rutherford Cemetery.

Ms. Guy is survived by her daughter, Sheryl (Frank) Carroll; a grandson, Mark Carroll (Angela) and their son Reese Carroll; a granddaughter, Melissa Girton (Erik) and their daughter, Kenna Carroll.

She was a faithful and devoted member of Rutherford church of Christ, being involved in all activities there. After retiring from Kellwood in Rutherford she spent her leisure time gardening and making incredibly beautiful quilts. She was also known as a great cook who always carried a dish or two wherever needed. 

Ms Guy was preceded in death by her loving husband Harry Lynn Guy, a son Jeffery Lynn Guy, one brother and three sister.
