Talma Ray Mitchell

Funeral services for Talma Ray Mitchell, age 85, will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home chapel with Brother Don Dyer officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday for 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Mitchell a retired factory employee was born in Weakley County Tennessee on July 28, 1933 to late Talma Jay and Brooksie Nell Knott Mitchell, and passed away Monday June 24, 2019 at his residence.

He is survived by his two son Donald Ray (Christine) Mitchell of Bradford, Tennessee, Terry Lynn (Donnah) Mitchell of Bradford, Tennessee, three sisters Brooksie Fay Arrington of Bradford, Tennessee, Sandra Kay (Edward) Colburn of Nashville, Tennessee, Teresa Joan (Doug) Stevens of Martin, Tennessee, two brothers Larry Dean (Susan) Mitchell of South Haven Mississippi, Charles D. (Susie) Mitchell of Greenfield, Tennessee, two grandchildren, Casey (Tim) Elliott, Quenton Ray Mitchell, two great grandchildren Jordan, Elliott, Zachery Elliott.

He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Mitchell, and brother Jerry Mitchell.

He was a Member and Deacon of First Baptist Church Bradford, Tennessee.
