Rose Marie Green

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Rose Marie Green, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed away at home on August 17, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Rose was born on February 6, 1937, to Donnell and Marie Sanders in Campbell, Missouri. She built a life full of faith, family, and service. Her family will remember her strength, her prayers, her Sunday dinners, and the steady love that shaped their lives.

She leaves behind her husband, Bob Green; three children: Angie (Richard) Hicks, Kent Green, and Leslie (Scott) Avery; five grandchildren: Bradley (Cathy) Tanner, Justin Tanner, Peyton Akin, Hunter Avery, and Hannah Avery; eight great grandchildren: Slade, Max, Sophie, Madalyne, Audrey, Will, Owen, and Andrew; and two brothers: Carlos Sanders and Neal (Ruby Joe) Sanders.

Services will be held at Hunt Funeral Home, Bradford, Tennessee, on Saturday, August 22. Visitation will be from 11 o’clock to 2:00 PM and funeral at 2:00 PM. Burial to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
