Robert Tyree McConnell

Funeral service for Robert Tyree McConnell, 87 will be held on February 17, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Josh Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Davidson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on February 17, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. McConnell a retired farmer, was born in Gibson Co. Tennessee on October 4, 1931 to the late Cecil Brooks and Mogie Foren McConnell, and passed away Thursday February 14, 2019 at his residence

He is survived by his wife Virginia McConnell of Bradford, Tennessee, sister Ruby (Landon) Hampton of Bradford, Tennessee, Amber McConnell granddaughter of Bradford, Tennessee, two great grandchildren Danner Gordon, and Layla Beckett of Dyer,Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by two children Stephen (Slick) McConnell and Cindy McConnell.
