Pauline Hayes Whitwell

Pauline Hayes Whitwell, 92, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 in Clemson, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Whitwell.

Born in Rutherford County, TN, she was a daughter of the late David and Lilly Smith Hayes. She was member of Union United Methodist Church in Trenton, TN.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy (Dianne) Whitwell of Shelbyville, TN and Ted (Kathy) Whitwell of Clemson, SC; one brother, James B. Hayes of Dyer, TN; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday July 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Hunt Funeral home chapel. with burial to follow at Davidson Chapel Church Cemetery in Trenton, TN.

The family will recieve friends from 10 to 10:50 AM on Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
