Paul Dean Archie

Funeral Services for Mr. Paul Dean Archie, age 87, will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, at 2 p.m. in Hunt Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Greenfield, TN. His celebration of life will be officiated by Bro. Darrell Ridgely. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m.

Mr. Archie, a veteran and retired factory employee, was born on May 28, 1936, and passed away at his residence in Atwood, TN on February 27, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Rhoda Ferguson Archie; two brothers, Charles and Floyd Archie; one sister, Lucille Archie; and one grandson, Jason Moore.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Christine Archie of Atwood; two daughters, Tammy (Mike) Moore of Trezevant and Tese (Jeff) Shavers of Atwood; one brother, Robert Archie of Greenfield; four grandchildren; Justin (Krystle) Moore, Monica Childers, Jeffery Shavers, and Christy Lewis; and four great-grandchildren, Krystin Moore, Presley Childers, Drake Lewis, and Lettie Lewis. 

Pallbearers: Mike Moore, Jeff Shavers, Justin Moore, Jeffery Shavers, Eric Lewis, Jim Archie, Bradley Archie, and Allan Archie.
