Linda Shannon Martin

Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Shannon Martin, age 78, will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Bradford Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, from 11 a.m. until service time.

Mrs. Martin was born on November 30, 1947, in Bradford, TN, and passed away at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN, on August 21, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas and Eunice Manley Martin and her brother, David Martin.

She is survived by many cousins, Terry McCaleb, Martha (Martin) Strickland, Steve Martin, Debra (Randy) Edwards, Cathy (Joel) Dethloff, Brenda (Ronnie) Dortch, Danny (Kay) Perry, Kay Perry, Vicky (Bruce) McCartney, Keith (Judy) Martin, and Mark Martin; and one sister-in-law, Carolyn Martin and friend, Kenny Slaughter.
