Joe Ivie Mercer

Funeral Service for Joe Ivie Mercer, age 93 will be held on Saturday October 19, 2014 at the Hunt Funeral Home LLC. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery near Bradford. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Joe Mercer a retired factory employee was born in Flatwoods, Tennessee on October 14, 1921 and passed away Thursday October 16, 2014 at Milan General Hospital.

Mr Mercer is survived by his children daughters, Mary J. Duncan of Trenton, TN, and Linda Arlene Pierce (Tim) of Mason Hall, TN, son Jerry Wayne Mercer (Margie) of Bradford, TN. Nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
