Jerry Stephen Beasley, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Stephen Beasley, Jr., age 47, will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 2 p.m. with burial to follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 11 a.m. until service time. All services will be held at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Jerry was born on March 4, 1976, and passed away on September 3, 2026, after battling a long-term illness.

Jerry worked at Wal-Mart in Milan, TN, for 18 years. He was a dedicated employee and friend who was known for helping all his customers in the garden center. He was lifelong fan of the Milan Bulldogs. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Steve Beasley; his grandparents, Bill and Betty Knott, Jerry F. Beasley, and Carol Ann and Dick Bryant.

He is survived by his mother, Kay Knott Beasley Cates and his stepfather, Waymon Cates; two brothers, Brian (Alysse) Beasley and Daniel (Brittney) Beasley; and ten nieces and nephews.

He loved his family, his friends, his church, his friend and caregiver, Kim Davis, and was loved by many.
