Jason Dale Moore

​Funeral services for Jason Dale Moore, age 39, will be held on Friday June 16, 2017 at 2 p.m at the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jason was born in Trenton, Tennessee on July 20, 1977 and passed away on June 13, 2017 at Milan General Hospital.

He is survived by his parents Michael Lynn and Tammy Moore of Trezevant, Tennessee, one brother Justin Matthew Moore of Cedar Grove, Tennessee, and maternal grandparent Paul and Christine Archie of Atwood, Tennessee
