Gary Dewayne Cook

Funeral services for Dewayne Cook, age 43, will be held on Sunday December 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Harold Stafford officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery in Rutherford, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be held from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Cook was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas on November 26, 1975, and passed away on Thursday November 29, 2018 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife Dana Cook of Bradford, Tennessee, God Daughter Kaley Dollar of Jonesboro, Arkansas, God Son Zayden Clairday of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one brother Terry Daniel Cook of Pocahontas, Arkansas, parents Gary and Joan Cook Pocahontas, Arkansas, niece Danille Cook of Pocahontas, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Terrel & Addie Freeman, paternal grandparents Clifford & Lorene Cook and one God daughter Brittany Dollar.
