He is survived by his mother, Patricia Beecham of Milan, TN; four daughters, Grace Spain of Dyer, TN, Madison Spain of Dyer, TN, Summer Spain of Milan, TN, and Hartlee Blackwell of Milan, TN; one sister, Tanya Spain of Milan, TN; one granddaughter, Bella Rose Cantrel of Dyer, TN; one niece, Elizabeth Graves; and one nephew, Hayden Graves.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Spain. 

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
