Clarence Ray Matheson

Funeral Services for Clarence Ray Matheson, age 86, will be held on Saturday March 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Don Edwards, and Brother Steven Matheson officiating. Burial will follow at Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation family only will be held on Saturday 9:00 until funeral time at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Matheson a retired U.S. Navy Aircraft Mechanic  was born in Edgerton, Wisconsin on March 14, 1934 to the late Jalmar and Emma Kriehn Matheson, and passed away Wednesday March 18, 2020 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Sue Matheson of Bradford, Tennessee Steven (Stephanie) Matheson, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, six grandchildren Sarah Matheson, Silas Matheson, Nathan Matheson, Phillip Matheson, Rachel Matheson, and Abigail Matheson.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Teresa Jones.

Mr. Matheson was a 33^rd degree Mason. Member of Milan Masonic Lodge 191, Milan OES and Scottish Rite. Also a member of the Bradford Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requested donation be sent to St. Jude.
