Mr. Arrington a construction worker was born in Gibson Co., Tennessee on July 23, 1963 to the late Melvin Hulon and Fannie Lou Mitchell Arrington, and passed away Sunday September 20, 2020 at his residence.
He is survived by one daughter April Redden, and one brother Eric Arrington of Greenfield, Tennessee.
